Heaven 17 and Altered Images special guests at Kim Wilde’s Christmas Party

Kim Wilde is bringing her Christmas Party to London’s Shepherds Bush Empire on Friday 18th December. With the announcement of fellow 80’s stars and friends of Kim’s Heaven 17 and Altered Images, featuring fellow pop icon Clare Grogan, the night is set to be an astounding feast of festive fun and sing-a-long tunes!

HEAVEN 17: featuring Glenn Gregory & Martyn Ware are one of the most energetic live acts on the circuit as well as pioneers of the electro-pop scene from the early 80’s. Their hits include ‘(We Don’t Need That) Fascist Groove Thang’, ‘Penthouse & Pavement’, ‘Come Live With Me’, ‘Crushed By The Wheels Of Industry‘ and the massive twice released hit ‘Temptation’. They have influenced a whole generation of artists including La Roux and they are the perfect main support to Kim.

ALTERED IMAGES featuring Scotland’s sweetheart Clare Grogan is delighted to join Kim on this one-off show. Clare started her 30+ year career as a schoolgirl pop-star, by day she was studying for her exams and at night she was touring with Siouxsie & The Banshees, playing festivals alongside Echo & The Bunnymen, The Human League and U2 as well as recording sessions for legendry DJ, John Peel. She appeared in the iconic BAFTA winning comedy film ‘Gregory’s Girl’ and since then she has worked extensively in Film, Television, Theatre and Radio. She has acted in some of the UK’s best loved TV shows Including ‘Skins’, ‘Waterloo Road’, ‘Eastenders’, ‘Red Dwarf’, ‘Father Ted’, ‘Taggart’, ‘Blott On The Landscape’ and many many others!
